Located near Memphis, TN.

I am looking for a preceptor who is both knowledgeable and approachable, someone who can share their expertise while also being patient with me as I learn. I value a preceptor who explains their clinical reasoning and encourages me to think critically about patient care, rather than just giving me the answers.

I hope to find someone who balances guidance with independence; allowing me to step in and practice my skills, but also stepping back in when I need support. A preceptor who models professionalism, compassion, and respect toward patients will help me grow not only as a provider but as a person.

I would love to learn in an environment where I feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and receiving constructive feedback. Ultimately, I’m looking for a mentor who is invested in helping me develop confidence and competence as a future Family Nurse Practitioner.
