Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Flexible scheduling: either 4-10s or Monday-Friday
Providers see an average of 15 patients per day
Provide comprehensive care within a rural health system that offers behavioral health, dental services, and family practice
Support patient education on chronic disease management and lifestyle changes
EHR system is Meditech Expanse
Work amongst both physicians and advanced practitioners
Continuing education support and professional development opportunities
Competitive salary starting in the range of $120K-$167K, depending on experience, plus annual quality and productivity bonuses
