Position Description

Nurse Practitioner - Hematology/Oncology - No Call in Washington

Join a dedicated oncology team in Washington for a rewarding long-term assignment. This role offers excellent work-life balance while supporting a stable patient population during a permanent search.

Practice Setting

  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient clinical environments.
  • Level II Trauma site serving an adult patient population.
  • Supported by a well-rounded team of MAs and RNs.

Schedule

  • Full-time schedule with 20 shifts per month.
  • Routine weekday hours with no evening or weekend commitments.
  • Consistent 8a-4:30p schedule to maximize your time off.

Procedures and Cases

  • Focus on 60% Oncology and 40% Hematology cases.
  • Majority solid tumor cases with no BMT requirements.
  • No procedures required for this specific assignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months of professional experience.
  • Active Washington license or Nurse Compact.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and ATLS certifications.

Credentialing Requirements

  • Adult Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Oncology NP certification.
  • Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60-90 days.
  • Malpractice insurance and credentialing support are included.

Travel Accommodations

  • Comprehensive travel and lodging accommodations provided.
  • Professional housing coordinated for the duration of the assignment.
