Local Team Collaboration:

  • We are 1 team that works across 2 hospitals: Providence Sacred Heart & Providence Holy Family.
  • This is a full-time night position with a 7 on / 14 off schedule. The new hire will start on day shifts for training/orientation purposes in May/June, then convert to full-time nights on January 1, 2027.
  •  Sacred Heart Medical Center is a 628-bed level II trauma center, teaching hospital, and tertiary referral center. We have a 26-bed med/surg ICU and a 28-bed CVICU with MCS, ECMO, and LVAD.
  • Holy Family Hospital is a 156-bed community hospital with a 13-bed ICU.
  • Phenomenal team culture and leadership
  • EMR: EPIC

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
  •  Preferably prior Critical Care experience as an ACNP; however, we are open to ACNPs who have at least 2 years of experience in Hospital Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
  • A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting. In this role, you will care for a variety of complex, critically ill patients and perform bedside ICU procedures.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

  • 7 nights on 14 days off schedule working across Sacred Heart & Holy Family. We collaborate to manage the schedule as equitably as possible, ensuring team members achieve an outstanding work/family life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  We care for medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU patients. We see diverse cases and high acuity, an ideal environment for those looking to care for all types of critically ill patients.
