The facility operates within a network of over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon and utilizes the EPIC EMR system to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week with 34 clinical hours and 6 admin hours) • Provide full scope psychiatric care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients • Work with underserved patient populations in a community health setting • Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM • $157K annual compensation with $15K hiring bonus • $20K relocation allowance available • $50K student loan repayment assistance • Opportunity to participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala • Malpractice insurance coverage provided (no tail coverage policy needed) • Requires completion of a Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner • Must be a graduate of an approved psychiatric nurse practitioner training program • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience with underserved populations valued • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision at no out-of-pocket cost • Generous personal leave time with 8 paid holidays annually • $3,100 annual CME allowance with 5 days (40 hours) of CME time • Multiple retirement plans including profit-sharing (401a), 403b and 457b • Automatic life insurance policy and employee assistance program
